Capital NVC, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the learning and practice of Nonviolent Communication ("NVC") in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, and to promote the use of practices consistent with its principles. Particular aims are to:
- Provide a continuum of NVC training.
- Cultivate NVC community through local events that foster connection.
- Bring NVC skills and consciousness to promote cultural shifts.
- Support those who wish to share NVC in this region in having the capacity, resources, and opportunities to do so.
