Comments from previous class participants:

"NVC is a wonderful approach to life, and I feel so fortunate to have had it come into my life."

"I had run out of tools/processes/methods to effectively manage teenage meltdowns...I feel relieved that I have a new method that can be used for a variety of situations...and broadly in life."

"I think I really needed another way to approach a violent (what I previously would have termed "tough") world. Honestly, this has been a frustration for me, but I did not know how to articulate the need. So, NVC helped me identify this need and gave me an approach for dealing with others and myself in a much different way. THANKS!!"
