[Editor: Dynamic Governance / Sociocracy is a method of running organizations that is quite aligned with Nonviolent Communication. Its application in families may be of particular interest.]

Imagine your business, organization, family, and community running cooperatively without power-over leaders!
Dynamic Governance (DG), also known as sociocracy, is helping many people feel really excited about living and working together.
If you've had training in Dynamic Governance (DG) or participated in a circle meeting, you’ve probably wondered how the process would work with your family.
Would it really work with those skeptical teenagers who roll their eyes at your every suggestion, or with your aging parents?
Can there be a circle of two – you and your spouse – or even a circle meeting with just one person – you?

FORMAT
The teleclass is an interactive online webinar in 3 sessions, each 2 hours long, for a total of 6 hours of instruction.
The classes are spaced to give you time to read materials and practice the skills you are learning. The calls will be recorded for later reference. After the telecourse there will be an optional opportunity for you to continue meeting periodically with your class to support each other as you all apply what you have learned.
In this teleclass you will learn how to:
? Introduce dynamic governance concepts in simple ways to all ages.
? Make practical family policies.
? Connect your family to your community – no more isolated nuclear family.
You will receive a student workbook and reusable “crib sheets.”
