Communication for Connection: Basics

Begins November 9, 16, 23, and December 7 - four sessions

Communicating Compassionately at the Holidays

Skills in expressing honesty and empathy, for more authenticity and compassion at family events. Includes handling anger and difficult conversations.

The workshop will focus on the basics of caring and respectful communication (based on the Nonviolent Communication process taught by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg).

Location: Green Hedges School, Vienna, Virginia - Arts Building
Suggested donation: $15-$40.
